What does lifetime access mean?
You pay US$295 once for lifetime GoCushy access under the founding membership terms, with no recurring GoCushy membership subscription. Your founding account keeps its 0% GoCushy platform fee. This is access to the hosted GoCushy service, subject to the service terms; it is not ownership of the software or a promise that a hosted service can never change or close.
What does “0% platform fees for life” mean?
GoCushy does not take a percentage of sales on your founding account. Your connected payment provider’s processing fees still apply to each transaction, and applicable taxes remain separate. The lifetime promise is about GoCushy’s own platform fee.
Do I need the US$95 pack to start selling?
No. The US$295 membership includes the core checkout, product, subscription and selling tools, plus three team seats. The optional US$95 Worldwide Tax & Affiliates Pack adds Stripe Tax, sequential tax invoices, Xero auto-filing and your own affiliate programme. If you choose both, the total is US$390 before any applicable tax. You choose the pack at checkout.
Do I need an AI subscription or an app?
GoCushy works in your web browser through its dashboard. An external AI client is optional and may have its own subscription or usage requirements. No desktop installation is required. Your AI can start with GoCushy’s machine-readable documentation.
How much control does a connected AI have?
It acts through the permissions you give it. GoCushy computes checkout totals on the server and records account activity. Review what your agent creates, check prices and delivery, and test before sharing. You can revoke its key from your dashboard.
Where do the money and customer relationship sit?
Your connected provider processes the payment and manages payouts. You remain the seller, responsible for your product, delivery, refunds and customer support. GoCushy doesn’t hold your merchant funds. Existing Stripe products can also be imported.
Can I use my existing website and email tools?
Yes. Use a hosted checkout link, popup or inline embed with your website, and connect a supported email platform. Configure the delivery destination and relevant purchase events once. Marketing messages still need the appropriate consent.
Does this include Pitch, ProductPay or local AI?
This offer is for the GoCushy capabilities described on this page. Pitch, ProductPay, desktop and local AI are future portfolio directions, not additional products or release promises included in this purchase. Buy for what GoCushy can do today.
How does the 30-day refund work?
Email hello@gocushy.com within 30 days of purchase and ask for a full refund of your founding membership. Include the email you bought with so we can find your order. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
