Delete your GoCushy account

How to delete your account in the GoCushy app (GoCushy by Daom Limited) or request account closure by email.

In the app

  1. Open the GoCushy app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings and tap Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

On the web

Email hello@gocushy.com from the email address you sign in with, and ask us to close your account. We only act on a request that comes from that address.

Your Stripe account

Your Stripe account is yours, not ours, and deleting your GoCushy account does not close it. If you want to close it, do that with Stripe.
